What's the best way to find out what podcasting is? Just Try it.

First of all, you need at least version 4.9 of iTunes, a free program for listening to audio on your computer. Download iTunes at http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
2.
Real Answers is available by clicking here
Real Answers is the podcast with video clips. Use iTunes to watch the videos or watch them on your computer.
3. Clicking either of the above links should open iTunes and take you to the iTunes Music Store with Edge Youth or Real Answers already selected.
Click the free SUBSCRIBE button.
4. iTunes will download the latest episode. You can download past episodes if you like. The files are in mp3 format, so you can push them to your iPod or other mp3 player.
